By placing a pre-order reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our pre-sale campaign:

Deposit System: To secure a priority reservation slot for the Eva AI Humanoid Assistant, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $19.99 USD. This deposit locks in your exclusive launch price of $999 USD.
Batch Limits: The first production batch is strictly limited to 1,000 units. Priority delivery slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis based on the exact timestamp of your deposit confirmation.
Estimated Shipping: Global shipping for the first batch is tentatively scheduled to begin in December 2026. You recognize that manufacturing and shipping timelines for advanced robotic hardware are subject to operational, regulatory, and supply chain updates.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

The total promotional price for early adopters is $999 USD. The remaining balance ($979.01 USD plus any applicable taxes, customs duties, or regional logistics fees) will be invoiced and processed prior to final shipment.

All transactions, including the initial $19.99 deposit, are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card or financial credentials.

3. User Data and Accuracy of Information

When you fill out our reservation form (including Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or missed communication updates resulting from inaccurate contact details provided by the user. The collection and use of your personal data are strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, UI design, specifications, and promotional materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of 4 ALL TECH SP Z O O or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for personal, non-commercial use related to your pre-order interest. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Warszawa, Poland, where 4 ALL TECH SP Z O O is registered at ul. Domaniewska 17/19-133, 02-672 Warszawa.
